In these trying times of having to celebrate holidays indoors, Easter is the next holiday to embark during the quarantine hell we all are facing. As horror fans, who doesn’t love a good holiday horror flick? Especially when it comes to killer Easter Bunnies or psychos wearing Bunny costumes?
We have gathered some fun Easter horror flicks you can watch during this Easter season. Some are cheesy in the best way possible and worth the watch! We hope you all enjoy. Watch out for the hippity hoppity deranged Easter bunny!

1. Rottentail (2019)
This Easter comedy/horror stars, Dominique Swain, Corin Nemec, and William McNamara. Peter Cotton is a scientist working on a project in the lab that creates some exclusively interesting results. Mr. Cotton finds out the military wants to use his creation for evil doing. Needless to say, Rottentail becomes a nasty specimen after being bit by one of his mutant lab rabbits and takes on the world.

2. Beaster Day (2014)
A mutated giant bunny hilariously kills town folks only to be taken down by the local overly confident dog catcher. Stars, Peter Sullivan, Marisol Custodio, and John Fedele.

3. Bunny Man (2011)
This slasher Easter bunny film features a deranged serial killer bunny with a chainsaw that kills and tortures teens that are ran off the road by a murderous wielding dump truck. Stars, Cheryl Texiera, Matthew Albrecht, and Alaina Gianci.

4. Critters 2 (1988)
All though this isn’t a typical Easter horror flick, what horror fan doesn’t love Critters? Even though it doesn’t have your typical killer bunny or mutated oozing rabbit it does have one of the most iconic Easter bunny scenes in horror history brought on by alien, sharp teeth, spiky balls of terror.

5. Easter Bunny Kill Kill (2006)
Starring Timothy Muskatell, Ricardo Gray, and Charlotte Marie Easter Bunny Kill Kill features a killer in a bunny mask assumed to be a young boy who is tortured and abused by his mother’s boyfriend. Full of blood and havoc.

6. Easter Sunday (2014)
